Rental Pricing & Process

Welcome to our rental process!

We aim to make it swift for you to hit the road. HOWEVER PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WHOLE PROCESS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS

Step 1: Fill out our RENTAL APPLICATION

Step 2: A credit check will be run for all new customers. When you are approved, you will get an email from us with a link to your new account. There you’ll be able to submit the rest of the information as well as request future trailers in a couple clicks.

NOTE:For new customers the security deposit starts from $3,000. For existing customers, it's one month's rent.

Step 3: In your personal cabinet you can select the date of your arrival to get your trailer chosen. Once the trailer has been chosen, you will be provided with all the necessary information for the insurance, so you can start working on it while we get the lease agreement prepared on our end.

Insurance requirements: Auto Liability: $1 Million Physical Damage Under "DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLES” the year, make & model, VIN, and value must be added. Must list TRUCK AND TRAILER GROUP LLC 1781 E. RISSER STREET, KANKAKEE IL 60901 as LOSS PAYEE/CERTIFICATE HOLDER

Step 4: While insurance is processed, our repair shop checks your trailer for smooth operation, addressing any defects.

Step 5: After insurance verification and repairs, your trailer is ready for pickup. Please arrive in the first half of the day.

Step 6 (Final Step): Sign the Lease Agreement, conduct a final trailer inspection noting any issues. Pay the security deposit and first month's rent/proration.

Now you're good to go!
